The Recruiting Process,
Demystified.

Most families go into college recruiting flying blind. I've been on both sides — as a player and as a coach. I know exactly what college coaches look for, and I know how to help your player show up to every stage of the process with purpose and confidence.

Not Another Recruiting Service.

There are plenty of companies that will take your money and send mass emails to college coaches. That's not what this is.

This is a real 1:1 advisory relationship — built around your player's specific situation, their goals, and what it's actually going to take to get them where they want to go.

"The families I work with don't just want a college offer. They want the right college offer — for the right reasons."

Over years of coaching at the ECNL level, I've built a genuine network of coaches across every level — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO — and across the whole country. When I give you advice about a program, it's coming from real relationships and current conversations. Not a Google search.

01
I know what college coaches actually care about
I'm not guessing — I'm in contact with college coaches regularly as an active ECNL coach. The things that get players noticed are different from what most families think.
02
Honest assessment, not just encouragement
I'll tell you the truth about where your player is and what programs are realistic. That's a service — not a criticism. You can't make good decisions without honest information.
03
The full picture, not just the highlight reel
Recruiting is academics, culture fit, financial aid, and long-term growth — not just who has the best video. I help families think through all of it.
04
I've been the player in that process
Playing D1 wasn't handed to me. I know the anxiety, the uncertainty, and the decisions that feel bigger than they are. That context matters when I'm advising your family.

The Four Phases

01
🔍
Player Evaluation & Goal Setting

Honest assessment of where your player is today — athletically, academically, and as a person. We set realistic goals and build a clear picture of what success looks like.

02
🎬
Profile & Highlight Development

Build the right presentation for the right programs. That means the highlight video, academic profile, outreach strategy, and how to carry yourself in every campus visit.

03
🎯
School List & Outreach

We identify programs that are the right fit — not just the biggest name available. Then we build an outreach strategy that actually gets responses.

04
Decision Support

When offers come in, the real work starts. I help your family ask the right questions, evaluate the full picture, and make the decision that's right for your player — long term.

Who This Is For

The Right Fit

This is for you if...
You're Ready to Take the Process Seriously
  • Your player is between 8th–11th grade and wants to play in college
  • You want honest guidance, not just someone to tell you what you want to hear
  • You feel behind or overwhelmed by the recruiting timeline
  • You want to understand what college coaches are actually seeing
  • You're willing to do the work the process requires
This is NOT for you if...
You're Looking for a Guarantee
  • You want someone to just send emails on your behalf and call it advisory
  • You're not open to hearing that some targets may not be realistic right now
  • You want a passive service that doesn't require your player to be engaged
  • You're looking for someone to tell you your player is better than they are
  • You expect results without putting in the preparation

This Is Advisory.
Not a Service. Not a Template.

🎯
ID Camp Guidance

Not all ID camps are worth your time or money. I help you figure out which ones make sense for where your player is in the process, which coaches are actually evaluating, and how to show up ready to be noticed.

🎬
Highlight Video Feedback

Send me your highlight video and I'll give you direct, honest feedback on it — the clips, the order, the length, what coaches are looking for and what's missing. If you need a video made from scratch, reach out and I can point you in the right direction.

📍
Stage-Specific Advice

What a 9th grader needs to be doing is completely different from what a junior needs to be doing. I meet your player where they are and tell you exactly what the next step should be — not a generic checklist, but specific to your player's situation.

📞
Direct Communication

No portals. No automated responses. You talk to me directly. I help you understand what a verbal offer means, how to handle multiple interest from programs, what to ask on official visits, and how to make a decision you'll be happy with four years from now.

We know every level

Earlier than most families think. Ideally, we're talking seriously by the end of 8th grade or start of freshman year. The earlier you start building the right habits and profile, the more options you'll have. That said, I've helped families start in junior year — it's harder but not impossible.
Pricing is based on the scope and timeline of what your family needs. I'd rather have a conversation first to understand your situation before quoting a number — that way it's actually based on what you need, not a generic package.
Yes. Where your player ends up playing matters a lot less than whether they're in the right environment to grow. I help families think clearly about fit across all levels and find the program where your player will actually thrive — not just the most prestigious option available.
Recruiting services typically do outreach volume on your behalf. What I do is advisory — I help you think through decisions, prepare for conversations, and understand the full picture. The strategy, the fit, the long-term view. I've also been a D1 player and I coach at the ECNL level, so when I give you information, it comes from actual experience in the game.
Absolutely. The college soccer landscape is wide — there are outstanding programs at every level. What matters is finding the right fit for your player's ability, academics, and goals. I work with families across the ability spectrum.
